Acceptance
By creating an account, activating a license, or using QSDM VPN, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Service
QSDM VPN provides a client app and a control service that grant access to assigned VPN profiles. A license defines a duration, data quota, device allowance, and, when configured, a specific VPN profile.
Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report any unauthorized use. Licenses, activation codes, and API keys must not be shared beyond authorized people or devices.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to compromise systems, distribute malware, bypass authorization, harass or exploit people, infringe intellectual-property rights, or conduct any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked because of abuse, security risk, use beyond granted rights, expiration, applicable payment default, or a legal obligation. Revoking a license removes the VPN assignment linked to that license.
Availability
The service depends on networks, mobile platforms, and third-party infrastructure. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, limits, or server changes may be required for security and reliability.
Payments and refunds
The operator or reseller must present applicable prices, currencies, billing periods, renewal terms, and refund rules at the time of sale. The internal payment record alone is not a bank confirmation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QSDM VPN is not liable for indirect losses, prohibited use by a user, third-party outages, or content accessed through the internet. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
