Replacing an older app?
QSDM VPN may install beside an older application. Install this build, then open the Q-shaped QSDM VPN icon. Once QSDM VPN is working, you may uninstall the older app.
Copy the exact Device ID shown by QSDM VPN and generate a new token for that ID. Activation tokens are case-sensitive.

This production-signed APK is distributed directly by QSDM VPN. It is not a Google Play download, so Android may ask you to approve installation from your browser. Verify the checksum shown above when you need an independent integrity check.
What changed in build 10?
Connection readiness now verifies the local UDP relay and real egress before reporting the VPN active, while packet-bridge output and connected-without-traffic diagnostics expose failures that were previously hidden. Xray user reconciliation is differential and fails closed when an assignment cannot be provisioned, avoiding remove-all interruptions for active users.

Use the Q-shaped QSDM VPN icon. An older app may still be present as a separate icon.
