Purpose
This policy describes the data processed by the QSDM VPN app, dashboard, and VPN control service. It does not replace any specific obligations imposed by the operator’s jurisdiction.
Data we process
We may process contact details submitted during registration; account and license identifiers; device identifiers and technical characteristics; connection IP addresses; server assignments; and the session times and data volumes required for quotas, security, and support.
Traffic content
The QSDM VPN control service does not log the content of pages, messages, or files carried through the tunnel. VPN server operators and their infrastructure providers nevertheless process the packets required to deliver the service.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users and devices, provide explicitly assigned configurations, enforce service limits, detect abuse, provide support, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Application secrets are protected by access controls; API keys and refresh tokens are stored as non-reusable hashes.
Sharing
Resellers may access data only for their own customers. Data may also be accessible to technical providers needed for hosting and to authorities when required by a valid request. We do not sell it as advertising data.
Your requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of data, or to ask a privacy question, contact admin@qsdm.online. We may retain certain information when a legitimate or legal obligation requires it.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the published version.
